What to eat during training and racing when on a Raw Diet?

I am currently training for my first 50 mile race. I have also recently started limiting my wheat and dairy intake which works well in my daily life but concerned about training. Any tips would help.

What to consider when transitioning to a raw food diet
by: Anna from URI

Before transitioning to an entirely raw food diet I'd still maintain cooking certain foods. You still get the health benefits from the raw foods, most efficiently in the form of green smoothies whilst being able to get plenty of carbs from cooking quinoa, barley and whole grain pasta.

Seeds, nuts, flax seeds, amaranth and soy products are a great supplements for meat and contain plenty of protein. Add more good oils found in avocado, flax and hemp seed oil to your diet mixed with fruit which provides plenty of energy for training.

In races, I'd recommend raw/vegan energy bars, Dr. Martin's Coconut Water and for better convenience, all products from Hammer Nutrition.
